Visions of the next Android release?

I’m guessing he saw God, and God looked like Bill Gates. Freaked him out.

I prayed for God to reveal Himself to Steve, several times, after he stepped down from leading his company. The day he passed on was one of the days I prayed that, I found out later on. I’m sure many others were praying for him, too.
I read he was raised Lutheran, in his early years. He felt Christianity had less “juice” when its adherents focused mainly on faith, and gained strength when people tried to think and act like Christ in their real lives.
For him, I hope God’s grace reached and met his need, at the last. -
Steve’s spirit was leaving his body, just as all of our spirits will leave our bodies one day. It is really not all that hard to understand
If Steve chose to be a believer in the One True God and relied on Jesus Christ as his Savior, he was entering a place called Paradise. It means the Garden of the King. It is the most awe inspiring place we will ever witness. There are colors we have never seen, beauty beyond compare and love like we have never felt before. We will be with Jesus. Peace at last.
If this is what Steve saw, it’s no wonder that even the man who revealed so many wonders of technology could only manage to say “Oh Wow!” When my Lord has decided that my work here is done at last, I will gladly leave this mortal carcass behind to enter Paradise. God bless Steve’s family and loved ones. -
I hope I have the presence of mind to make my last words, “My God, it’s full of stars!”

We will not know what he meant until we face the same situation. Not a one of us can understand the love and the grace of God. It may be that Steve was viewing Heaven, and finding it beyond anything he could conceive.
From the time we request it to the time God reacts and takes you into his Kingdom takes exactly zero seconds.

One wonders what wonders he saw.
