		<description>You are exactly right.  But we have to find leaders who will advocate such a policy shift and are not afraid to depart from the Bush legacy.  The only one I can think of off-hand is Chuck Scarborough.  

But who will publicize such a leader and policy departure?  Surely not the National Review, Weekly Standard etc.</description>
