The word "conservative" has been badly soiled by W, the neocons, Tom Delay, etc. and the stain will last a long time. Currently, if more than 1% of the population identifies conservatism as something more than warmongering , Christian fundamentalism/Zionism and GOP hackery I'd be very surprised. My suggestion for the new name is "America First". No :) Shouldn’t Mr, Unz change the name of TAC?
