		<description>A realistic and reasoned approach in our policy toward any nation is preferable to an ideological and passionate one, but what is being said here by Mr McConnell?  Is NIAC (unlike AIPAC) a positive influence on American policymakers?  NIAC positions itself as a hyphenated-American interest group, but this sounds like still another group that is advocating the interests of a foreign nation in the name of people in America who are linked to it by culture and kinship.  Is it not prudent to be skeptical?</description>
